This glossary covers the words you encounter across the lobby, your account wallet, the sportsbook and payment screens — from game mechanics like RTP and volatility to account terms like KYC and rollover.

E-wallet, Bank Transfer, Upay, bKash, Nagad and Rocket are all payment terms visible on the deposit and withdrawal screens. Each method has its own minimum and verification step; the exact figures are shown in the fields when you select that method.
Rollover, turnover, qualifying bet and wagering requirement appear in the conditions tab attached to any active information. Read the conditions before you opt in — the turnover multiple and which game categories count toward it are both stated there.
The six terms below appear most often across slots, table games and live casino screens. Each definition is kept short so you can scan quickly and get back to the lobby.
RTP stands for Return to Player. It is the percentage of total bets a game is designed to return over a very large number of rounds.
House edge is the mathematical advantage the game holds over the player, expressed as a percentage of each bet. A lower house edge means the game keeps less of each wager on average. It is the reverse side of the RTP figure.
Volatility describes how often a slot pays out and how large those payouts tend to be. High volatility slots pay less frequently but in larger amounts. Low volatility slots pay more often but in smaller amounts per round.
A wager or turnover requirement is the total bet amount you must complete before a conditional balance can be withdrawn. It is usually expressed as a multiple of a deposit or credited amount and is listed in the information conditions.
A jackpot is the highest prize tier available in a slot game. Some jackpots are fixed at a set amount; others accumulate across rounds until triggered. The type and current value are shown in the game panel where available.
A live dealer game streams a real dealer from a studio to your screen, letting you place bets in real time. Live baccarat, live roulette and live blackjack all operate this way. You interact through an on-screen bet interface while watching the dealing live.
These six terms come from the sportsbook, the payment screens and the account verification flow. They are distinct from game mechanics but appear just as often once you move beyond the slot lobby.
Asian handicap removes the draw outcome by giving one team a virtual head start or deficit. This creates a two-way market. It is common in cricket and football betting and is listed alongside standard match-result markets in the sportsbook.
Over/under is a market where you bet on whether a total — runs, goals or points — will be higher or lower than a line set by the sportsbook. The line is shown next to the market name; you pick above or below it.
Rollover is the number of times a specific amount must be wagered across qualifying games before a withdrawal of conditional funds is permitted. The rollover multiple and eligible game categories are both listed in the information's conditions text.
An e-wallet is a digital account that holds a balance for online transfers without using a bank card directly. Upay, bKash and Nagad are e-wallet services available to Bangladesh account holders for deposits and withdrawals on supported platforms.
KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is the identity and document verification process your account must pass before certain withdrawal steps are approved. Typically it involves submitting a photo ID; the exact documents required are listed in the verification screen.

Understanding a term in isolation is useful, but seeing how several terms interact on the same screen is what actually changes how you play.
Open the Crash Burst game panel before starting a round. If the studio publishes volatility data, it appears in the information section. Use it alongside the stake controls — available on the same screen — to set a round size that fits your session length.
In the cricket sportsbook, find a BPL match and select the Asian handicap tab. The handicap line is shown next to each team; the two available sides are the only outcomes. No draw option means the market resolves as win or loss only.
After completing rounds on Teen Patti Tournament or another qualifying game, open the information conditions tab. The rollover progress meter shows completed versus required wager amount. When it reaches the required total, the withdrawal option becomes active.
If you select Bank Transfer as your withdrawal method and the account is not yet verified, the screen will prompt a KYC step. Upload the required document in the verification field shown there. The withdrawal continues once the check is completed.
